Sr. Sharon Fitzpatrick, OSF, is a Franciscan Sister of Little Falls, MN. She will serve as Associate Novice Minister with primary responsibility for internal support. Sharon recently completed eight years as resident staff and executive director of a home for women in transition. She has worked in shelter ministry, youth and religious education and counseling. Sr. Susan
Rosenbach, OSF, a School Sister of St. Francis,
will serve as CFN Novice Minister, with primary
responsibility for program oversight and discernment with
the novices.
Susan currently has a private practice
as a pastoral psychotherapist and spiritual director. She
has ministered in program direction, formation ministry,
religious education, and congregational leadership.
